So often one thinks that you need to go far away to exotic locations to see the beauty of Nature, but you simply have to open your eyes and see the beauty that surrounds us every day. This is a close-up shot of moss growing on a tree that I saw alongside the path the the Coombabah Lakes Conservation Area on the Gold Coast, backlit by the morning sun.

DeleteVery cool shot, I like the unusual perspective and the great colors in the moss. It really expanded my perspective - I generally think of moss as green and ignore it.
